Welcome to the Blog of the Editorial Staff of  The George Washington University Law School Journal of Energy and Environmental Law. We will regularly post on legal and policy topics related to energy and the environment. Our content will consist of three types of posts: News Articles, Educational Pieces and Opinion Pieces. News Articles discuss current events in energy environmental law and policy, such as recent legislation or court cases. Educational Pieces intend to raise awareness about interesting environmental and energy challenges, while suggesting legal and policy solutions. Opinion Pieces are reasoned arguments similar to Op-Eds or letters to the editor in newspapers.
